Anticipated scope of work:

• Develop comprehensive gender, diversity, and inclusion strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct diversity audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs on gender equality and inclusive practices.
• Provide advisory services on gender mainstreaming in projects and organizational policies.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and promote awareness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate diversity and inclusion into business processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of diversity initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
• Support the creation of employee resource groups and networks.
• Stay updated on global best practices and regulatory requirements related to gender and diversity.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Gender Studies, or a related field from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of project work experience in diversity and inclusion roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing diversity strategies.
• Strong understanding of gender mainstreaming and inclusive practices.
• Excellent facilitation and training skills.
• Ability to analyze data and produce comprehensive reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
